An exclusive experience for 4 to 8 guests that begins with a guided Baja’s Wine Tasting, celebrating the region’s renowned wine culture. Following the tasting, guests are seated in front of Humo’s open kitchen for an immersive dining journey, offering a unique connection to the chefs, fire, and flavors, complemented by a specially curated menu.
