This Saturday, February 14, HUMO opens its embers for an intimate four-course dining experience, designed to be shared slowly—among smoky aromas, deep textures, and meaningful silences.
The night begins with a welcome drink, unfolds through flavors guided by the flame, and concludes with a glass of champagne, while live saxophone music accompanies every moment.
